Beth Larsen brings a unique perspective to finance and operations, rooted in her formal education in the social sciences and shaped by more than 25 years of hands-on experience building and repairing financial and operational systems within mission driven organizations from the ground up.

She understands that behind every spreadsheet, system, and report are people—making decisions, navigating constraints, and trying to move work forward. This perspective has defined her career: developing integrated approaches that align process, data, financial management, and human capacity in a way that is both structured and sustainable—keeping mission at the center of every decision and design.
